We make investments of up to USD 1M in startups and fintech players. We consider ourselves smart money investors, in the sense that we provide founders and CEOs with access to our unique sector experience and network of contacts
What does a typical advisory project look like?
The typical project lasts between 3 to 9 months, depending on the scope required. We are a hands on advisor that becomes part of our client's team. We advise on a variety of areas including strategy development, financing strategies, digital transformation, M&A, organizational structure, etc.
What type of M&A services do you provide?
We can advise both sides of a transaction and cover everything from target identification to post-acquisition integration. Our experience includes macro and regulatory analysis, operational and financial due diligence, credit performance analysis, assessment of management teams, negotiation of acquisition terms, etc.
